Limited Edition - Custers last stand in 1/72

Hi guys,

here I have something special from Massimo - Custers last stand. There will be a limited edition, just 60 sets in metal. These set will contain 20 figures, spare weapons and three dead horses.

Waterloo 1815 will make a set of them later in metal too, but just with 10 figures and two horses.

This set here has nothing to do with Hagen-Miniatures, it is the first set of Massimo's own production.

My old friend Thomas Mischak sent me some more photos from his Waterloo diorama. This time French Chasseur a Cheval de la Garde Imperiale attacking a square of Brunswick infantry.

Photos from Thomas Ming Chinese

Thomas sent me some nice photos where he has arranged figures from his own range of Ming Chinese.

The wagons of the train figures are from the old 3D miniatures range which are sadly no longer available.  I think in the future we will see a nice siege diorama with Ming-Chinese pushing the Japanese out of Korea.

Also there will be some more artillery, but first we need the crews for it sculpted

I personally think this range is a chance to light the Japanese fight against an enemy who looked different from themselves.

Does anybody knows something about this manufactor?

These two boxes of metals I found at the Kulmbach figure-fair in August last year.

The Zouaves are simply Minifigs S-Range figures, while the Maoris are conversions. The kneeling ones are Airfix WW1 US infantry conversions I think, the standing maybe old Hinton-Hunt?

Made in New Zealand - are there more such packs to find?

And talking about finds - This weekend I safed the files of around 150 CDs on my harddrives before throwing them away. I found these photos which I got from a hobby-friend who wrote "The stuff I bought at Kulmbach". This CD was around 13 years old. Nice to see what was available from Frank Germershaus and Uwe Ehmke in this days. Napoleons Coatch I never bought - what a mistake...
