The army of Bolesław I. (Chrobby) of Poland

Darek sent me some sculptings of early 11th century Polish warriors. I thought, they could be useful for other armies too, but asked him a little bit about the backround.

I sent he this text:

At Wikipedia I found something about the king, but only in German 

I think, it is an interesting subject, to let an 11th century army fighting German and Russians.

Beside this, I have nice photos of a Teutonic Sergeant at Tannenberg (Grundwald) 1410.
