At the fair in Mainz my friend Michael Einsiedel had some of his figures on display.
Michael also painted a lot of figures for the Museum on the battlefield of Blindheim (Blenheim for most of you).
This is eyecandy
We are a group of Enthusiasts from all over the world, mostly Germany, who create historical battles in scale 1:72. As we do this since more than 10 years we thought it is time for our own blog. Being a historical enthusiast I wanted to fulfill my dream of producing my own figures in this scale too. So I started working with several sculptors to produce exotic figures in 1:72 which I fear nobody else would bring on the market.

Our latest news
Well, nearly a new set every week at the moment. That is even too much for me and I am a fast painter...
But this time I have something special - Bavarian Chevaulegers 1812. For me as a Bavarian these guys are a must.
So hopefully available in 2-3 weeks from Hagen-Miniatures:-)
So we have two units, charging and waiting. See the bigger helmet for the officer too, sculpted after an original in the Bavarian army museum. Now let's take on the Russians or the French in 1814/15.

This guy here is sculpted after a detail in one of the battle-paintings in the Munich residence where I had the chance to get a special permission to make photos of all the details in the paintings. That was a great day for an uniform-researcher as you could imagine:-)

Krisztians range of 15mm figures for the war in Hungaria 1848/49
This weekend I got the link from our Hungarians friends Homepage. There is an english section too.
Krisztian wrote here about his own ever growing range of 15mm figures for this subject.
I don't know if 15mm is still a favourite scale for wargamers as in the magazines I usually see the 28mm stuff. Being no wargamer myself I don't know if these figures are popular. What do you all think?
I want to help Krisztian selling the figures as I personally think that the war itself is a very interesting and colourful subject and the Austrians are useful for the campaign in Italy 1848/49 too.
So we put them into our shop too at http://www.hagen-miniatures.de/index.php/en/produkte/category/view/211
And as the subject is really interesting for me I already ordered the first figures for this war in 1/72 from him too.

Hanoverian square for Arndt's Waterloo diorama
which you can see in the Prussian museum in Wesel in 2015.
Nice conversions and more colourful than black shakos. When I have it right in mind it is the batallion Bremen and Verden

More Belgians for Waterloo and some Roman Hastatis increasing our range
In the meantime Massimo made some changes to the first range of Belgians 1815 he did. Now all the guys have their backpack and the necks are looking better.
Beside this we added a few poses to the range. Hopefully these figures would then be for sell
in two weeks or so.
Beside this another hobbyfriend asked for two Roman Hastatis in the same style as our existing range has. So here is the extension of this
