At the moment I am very busy at work, so I have no time to do something myself. But I guess photos of new masters are always welcome.
Frank finished the next set of French. This time Grenadiers in the Kleber uniform.
Next will be a command unit for the both marching sets.
Also the Turkish cavalry is done now and when I get the first castings I will show them here and put them in the shop.
Just three sets left to cover the whole Turkish army, many British from my Indian range and early Peninsular could be used for Egypt too and now with Frank going for the French army and already the Dromedaries done by Massimo (and other sets to come) we are fast going forward to complete all armies for these campaigns.
We are a group of Enthusiasts from all over the world, mostly Germany, who create historical battles in scale 1:72. As we do this since more than 10 years we thought it is time for our own blog. Being a historical enthusiast I wanted to fulfill my dream of producing my own figures in this scale too. So I started working with several sculptors to produce exotic figures in 1:72 which I fear nobody else would bring on the market.

Battle of Cunaxa 401 BC
I got another mail from Frank - he really has a run at the moment...
At the campaign with Cyrus the
Younger 401 BC
Now, I completed the figure scenes
around the Cappadokian riders with pages, who give support by mounting the
horses and by arming.
I have only the riders with the
relaxed poses yet, but the horses with the battle poses will get fighting
riders as well.

British Guards at Waterloo
I am sure they could be used as other British infantry from 1812 onwards...
This is the latest set Massimo sculpted for our friend Andre and which will appear in the shop very soon.
A nice addition to all the existing British squares in my eyes. Interesting poses to defend themselves in close combat to French cavalry.

Moving airplanes to Turkey
In WW1 Germany sent troops and material to the Ottoman Empire to help them fighting the Allies in the so called Operation Yildirim.
Part of the units sent over were airforce units.
In the airforce museum at Schleißheim near Munich they have some very nice WW1 dioramas.
Here you can see how they loaded the planes on trains. In my eyes a great idea for a diorama.

Prussian Cuirassiers 1813-1815 from Waterloo 1815
As you might know Massimo is not only sculpting for us, but also makes a set for Waterloo1815 from time to time.
He sent me photos of their latest set of Prussian Cuirassiers. Useful for the campaign of 1813.
But I hate to say that the Prussian cavalry usually wore the Litewka as campaigndress. A better researcj before ordering the set from the master would have been helpful...
Massimo's sculpting is of course as good as usual.
What we could do is painting the torso like a cuirass and use them as Russian Cuirassiers or make the helmet-row bigger and paint them as Chevaliergarde for 1805.

New masters for Napoleon in Egypt
Here you can see the next work from Frank Ziegler. We asked him to help us increasing our series of the French Revolution. Especially the Egyptian campaign we want to round up.
My idea for a diorama would be Alexandria or Heliopolis. First against the British, the second against the Turks.
But for both battles we need the infantry in the Kleber uniform. I my collection I already have the figures from Newline Design. Nice ones but true 20mm and so very small. Beside this some old Minifigs S-Range. But all of them have wrong poses. As I am a fan of regular formations and drill we now want to take on the subject.
We asked Alfred Umhey to help us in the uniform research as the army of Egypt is one of his favorites.
He gave us this description of the set (thanks for the last sentence Alfred😊 ):
These four figures here are the first to come. Andy wanted to have figures on the march.

The figures are depicted in the simplified uniform designed in Egypt.
After a year's campaign, the European "Marching Uniform" of 1798 was worn out.
The short jackets and caps with an eyeshield and neck protection were adapted to the climate.
Suitable for the campaign 1799 against the Turks in Palestine (Jaffa, Akkon, Mont Tabor, Nazareth),
and Egypt (Heliopolis, Abukir) in the blue uniform and against the English 1801 (Alexandria)
in the "colorful" so-called adhesive uniform (green, red, brown, violet ..., which one takes hold so if blue cloth is all)
Obviously opponents are also available from Hagen (Fritz Figures)!
These four figures here are the first to come. Andy wanted to have figures on the march.
