The Prussians at Waterloo

Frank sent me new photos from his Waterloo-Diorama which will be on show in Wesel later in 2015.

Here you see the 2nd Batallion of the 12. Prussian Regiment advancing to Plancenoit.

What a bloody mess!

Our hobbyfriend Thomas Mischak asked for some dead and wounded Dutch infantrymen for his own Waterloo-Diorama. Such poses are usually missing in most dioramas, so I was glad to hear his wish.

And of course they are not just for his diorama, but will go into production too.

Next in this series will be Medical personal.

I used the days off from work to clean up my hobbyroom. There I found a lot of old postcards from dioramas. I scaned the ones from the museum in Höchstädt.

For those of you who liked the Prussian artillery see here a few more conversions from the time before the Strelets set hit the market.

Let them charge some Arabs or use them in the Crimea, Italy 1859 and France 1870.
