This time for our Napoleonic war enthusiasts a battle of the German wars of Liberation.
We are a group of Enthusiasts from all over the world, mostly Germany, who create historical battles in scale 1:72. As we do this since more than 10 years we thought it is time for our own blog. Being a historical enthusiast I wanted to fulfill my dream of producing my own figures in this scale too. So I started working with several sculptors to produce exotic figures in 1:72 which I fear nobody else would bring on the market.

...who is on his best, when doing mailshirts. I already have a nice little army of Pancernis, made by him. Also the knight and the Greek are looking nice.
Our hobbyfriend Frank Velte sent me these great photos of this diorama. It is one of my favorites in Kulmbach too.
If it wouldn't be such a challenge to paint Landsknechts, I already would have painted bigger armies for this myself. The subject is simply very colorful
Another subject from this period is the siege of Kulmbach 1553. Here we have another diorama from the museum. I made the photos in 2013.
