New Daimyos and German Landser

As I have to clear up my PC here are some pictures I found there. The Samurai Daymos will be a new sets that comes from Hagen when it is ready. Massimo made several heads and arms for commanders with which we can convert the Zvzda figure. At the moment Thomas is trying to paint the first samples.

Then´Gerrit sent photos of his new Landsers on the Eastern Front which are available in our shop from GEBO.

1st Carlist war 1837 at the Salute 2014

One of the impressing games they have shown on the Salute was a 28mm diorama with some great painted Perry-Miniatures.

This Carlist war is a very colourful subject in my eyes and a very interesting subject in European history.

Here are a lot of photos from the diorama. Most are from me, but I have searched some more together from the web too.

Schmitty's SYW collection

When I visited him the last time and he asked me if I want to go upstairs to check his collection I asked him "Have you got something new" and he grinned. Here is what was new...

well, he has always a golden hand with Ebay....

Here are more photos from his collection.

Beside this our friend Ingo told us that he wants to sell his SYW figures he used for a Leuthen diorama. Of course we couldn't have him put the stuff on Ebay, so we bought this too. And another friend had enough from the SYW and we got another collection. Together with all the figures we already painted ourselves a diorama for the old Fritz comes closer now.

Here are some more photos with great conversions of Austrian Grenzers and Austrian artillery.

If you want to see more of our SYW collections, check the other postings with the label and you will see Alfred's figures too.

Some weeks ago I found these great photos on this German blog.
They were too got not to show them here. I remember my friend Donald telling me a range of figures for the Maori wars would be great. So after seeing this figures maybe some of you share his mind?

First the troops on the march

Next the charge on a Maori stronghold

And there are several uniformplates available at the Anne S.K. Brown library in the USA
