After the Bavarian infantry, now the first photos from the Prussians hussars who charge them.
I think with a paintjob, they are also good as Austrians or Russians.
Again, Leonid did a gret job!
We are a group of Enthusiasts from all over the world, mostly Germany, who create historical battles in scale 1:72. As we do this since more than 10 years we thought it is time for our own blog. Being a historical enthusiast I wanted to fulfill my dream of producing my own figures in this scale too. So I started working with several sculptors to produce exotic figures in 1:72 which I fear nobody else would bring on the market.

...because now we have the first copies of our figures on the market:-)
Resin figures on Ebay and our originals in metal
He takes a higher price than the original! The same goes for my mate Francesco and his range of Franznap figures
This is just a hobby and we don't make a living from it. So we don't make a fuss about it. So if you don't like metal figures and prefer the other material, this is a chance to get 1st class figures in your favourite material.
If you have some time, you can check 23 pages at the forum of "History in miniatures", which shows step by step the work on the diorama.
Massimo sent me a few close ups of figures, he had already painted for it.
Today I have started to paint the figures from the latest set Bavarian casualties. Great figures and I had a lot of fun with them.
We started to sell the collection from Thomas Lauble via the shop at Hagen-Miniatures.
You can get the list here.

And again the order of the orders applies, means if gone then gone.
Manfred sent these great photos of his latest Diorama.
The biggest number of his own Austrian Bürgergarde I have seen painted so far. Really impressing!
As painting Celts, Romans and SYW figures for month, I already thought about the next project I could take on. I decided for the battle at the Schellenberg 1704.
With this fast growing range from Strelets I am sure to create some good units. For the defence of the Schellenberg, I need mainly Bavarians (who wonders) and wait for the new Strelets set now.
On the other hand, you can never have enought poses and Darek asked me about Uniformplates for the Bavarian mounted Grenadiers.
I thought he did a great job and already ordered a unit of 10 waiting/dismounted poses, which could be useful for my project.
And as I know my mate John, I am sure that other people would think the same:-)
And here some plates
