These guys he has done for Thomas's DT range in our shop.
I always thought I am the stubborn one who pushes a range forward with my Wellington in India.
But Thomas is much tougher than me, one figure after another for the Samurai invasion of Korea 1592...
We are a group of Enthusiasts from all over the world, mostly Germany, who create historical battles in scale 1:72. As we do this since more than 10 years we thought it is time for our own blog. Being a historical enthusiast I wanted to fulfill my dream of producing my own figures in this scale too. So I started working with several sculptors to produce exotic figures in 1:72 which I fear nobody else would bring on the market.

The battle of Frankenhausen 1525 with flat figures
I just finished reading the latest issue of Medieval warfare, covering the subject of the German Peasants uprising. A very interesting subject and the figures are available in 1/72 too.
Now I was checking a bunch of photos my friend Schmitty made in the last years while being in the holidays. Of course I just took his photos from museums:-)
Here I found photos from some flat figure dioramas. One exactly the stuff I was reading about, so I thought it a good idea to put them there.

I am not sure if I posted the masters of the 1809-15 Russians before
Here are the photos of the masters Massimo sculpted for us an which are already available in our shop.
As These are the first sets of our new manufactor JJ who has a lot of ideas how to expand the range I thought better twice then never:-)
I already started painting my first samples.

Prussian Landwehr project from HAT
As it worked well with the crowfunder Project of the Zulus (Yeah, more poses for our Ulundi Diorama:-)) HAT told me they want to try the same with some Prussian Landwehr.
I remember my friend Thomas Mischak telling me they lost the opportunity to bring them in 1815 with Waterloo Dioramas appearing anywhere. But I think better late then never and as my hordes of Airfix Landwehr are very small in size I think I can do with some more of them who would fit in size with my Art-Miniaturen units.
Here is the link to the project. And the drawings look interesting too
