ok, it is the 18th of June, 15.48 hours. I already can see the Prussians moving.
But I don't have figures for this battle here - I have Austrians:-)))
These are the latest figures from Leonid - this time German Grenadiers. Please notice the sapper, a great figure.
The only "problem" I see is just one soldier, covering the advance of his comrades:-)
I hope to get our samples soon, to put all the news in the shop.
We are a group of Enthusiasts from all over the world, mostly Germany, who create historical battles in scale 1:72. As we do this since more than 10 years we thought it is time for our own blog. Being a historical enthusiast I wanted to fulfill my dream of producing my own figures in this scale too. So I started working with several sculptors to produce exotic figures in 1:72 which I fear nobody else would bring on the market.

Gravestones
Thomas Mischak asked us, to produce Gravestones for his Plancenoit diorama. I thought they would be interesting for other conflicts too.
Here are the photos he sent me last weeks. If you are interested in them, take a look at our shop.

New Prussian SYW Generals for sell
Today I got my parcel from Andy with castings of Leonid's latest figures.
This time, we have another five Prussian Generals from Holgers Wishlist:
Keith
Driesen (Cuirassier)
Bayreuth
Dohna
Kleist (the famous Freecorps leader).
I already started painting on Kleist, as I always like the more exotic units:-)
The figures (and many others) are available here. Over the last three month the focus of my own painting turned to the WSS (thanks to John) and the war of the Austrian succession. So I am glad to get this flood of plastics from Woodensfeld and the metals of different manufactors.
Art-Miniaturen also has some news on his side, between the figures are Prussian Cuirassiers in the SYW. It seems, I have to make another order:-)
They are available here.
At least here the photos of the new five Generals.

British Dragoons Culloden and War of the Austrian Succession
There will be a new set from GIM figures, sculpted by Massimo. This time, British dragoons searching for Jacobites after Culloden.
I am wondering, how we can convert the masters afterward into other poses:-)

The army of Bolesław I. (Chrobby) of Poland
Darek sent me some sculptings of early 11th century Polish warriors. I thought, they could be useful for other armies too, but asked him a little bit about the backround.
I sent he this text:
At Wikipedia I found something about the king, but only in German
I think, it is an interesting subject, to let an 11th century army fighting German and Russians.
Beside this, I have nice photos of a Teutonic Sergeant at Tannenberg (Grundwald) 1410.

Spanish horse artillery 1808-1815
After many Solferino and Franco-Prussian war figures, we come back to the Napoleonic period.
We try to complete our range of the Spanish army for the early Peninsular war.
So far I don't know any other producer who did the Spanish horse are in 1/72. The next will be some Cazadores and I think about a commandset too.
My dream is to have a complete army for the Spanish army from 1808 to 1814.
